TELMA SETTI

Telma Setti was born in Jacarezinho, Brazil, and spent most of her life in São Paulo. She earned a degree in Civil Engineering and completed postgraduate studies in Project Management at the University of São Paulo. After a long career working as an engineer, I/T developer, project manager, and executive, she eventually turned her focus toward the artistic path she had always felt drawn to.

Setti moved to Bend, Oregon, in 2011, where she has dedicated herself to the study and practice of classical oil painting. Her work includes still life, wildlife, and land and seascapes, all approached with a deep love for her subjects and a strong commitment to technique and growth.

She is a member of the Plein Air Painters of Oregon (PAPO) and the Dry Canyon Arts Association. In 2023 she was elected Vice President of PAPO, a role in which she continues to volunteer and support the regional arts community.
