Raina Verhey is a self-taught oil painter based in Central Oregon who draws from her journeys through high-desert and Southwestern landscapes. Her impasto brushwork and dramatic light interpret solitary scenes of rock and sky as “Landscapes of the Soul,” seeking to hold space for spirit and the elemental in our modern age.
