Widely overlooked in favor of their more vibrant color counterparts, neutrals are a vital part of the painting process. Not only are they beautiful to look at, their presence in a painting conveys richness and mystery to the viewer.
In this class, Sondra Holtzman will teach you several ways to mix beautiful neutral watercolors and then create a small painting that focuses on a limited or neutral palette. Students emerge from class with a heightened sense of color and composition.
