Artist Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in submitting your artwork to our gallery! We’re always looking to showcase talented artists whose work aligns with our vision. Please read the guidelines below to understand our submission process and how to connect with us.

 

Submission Process

  1. Prepare Your Portfolio

Submit a cohesive portfolio of your work. Include high-quality images of 3-5 pieces that represent your artistic style and abilities.

Each image should be labeled with the title, medium, dimensions, and price of the piece.

    1. Make sure to include your full name, email address, phone number, and social media or website links, if applicable.
  1. Submit Your Application
  1. Send all materials in a single email to info@layorart.com with the subject line: “Artist Submission – [Your Name].”
  2. Alternatively, you can call our Gallery Manager at 541-322-0421 for any questions regarding the submission process.

Review Process

  • Once we receive your submission, our team will review your work to determine its fit with our gallery’s aesthetic and upcoming exhibitions.
  • Please allow up to 3 weeks for a response. While we appreciate every submission, only selected artists will be contacted.

Additional Notes

  • Submissions are welcomed throughout the year, and we are especially drawn to work that resonates with our curatorial vision and evolving exhibition program.
  • If selected, artists will work closely with our gallery team to arrange display details and promotional efforts.
