Submission Process
- Prepare Your Portfolio
Submit a cohesive portfolio of your work. Include high-quality images of 3-5 pieces that represent your artistic style and abilities.
Each image should be labeled with the title, medium, dimensions, and price of the piece.
- Contact Information
- Make sure to include your full name, email address, phone number, and social media or website links, if applicable.
- Submit Your Application
- Send all materials in a single email to info@layorart.com with the subject line: “Artist Submission – [Your Name].”
- Alternatively, you can call our Gallery Manager at 541-322-0421 for any questions regarding the submission process.
Review Process
- Once we receive your submission, our team will review your work to determine its fit with our gallery’s aesthetic and upcoming exhibitions.
- Please allow up to 3 weeks for a response. While we appreciate every submission, only selected artists will be contacted.
Additional Notes
- Submissions are welcomed throughout the year, and we are especially drawn to work that resonates with our curatorial vision and evolving exhibition program.
- If selected, artists will work closely with our gallery team to arrange display details and promotional efforts.
